Pre-sales Consultation

Prior to commencing an order, effective communication is essential for devising tailored solutions for each project. As each mould is customized, a clear understanding of the client’s product requirements and production needs is crucial. Our in-house trained sales engineers provide professional technical support, ensuring that client specifications are met.

For products, understanding includes:

  • Product functionality and usage.
  • Testing procedures.
  • Key specifications like surface finishing.

Regarding moulds, we provide guidance on:

  • Optimal injection gate positions and types.
  • Mold steel selection for longevity.
  • Ejection mechanisms.
  • Estimated cycle times to meet production needs.

Personalized service

We uphold the principle of customer first.

Once your order is confirmed, we will create a detailed schedule for each mold. Your dedicated sales engineer will oversee the entire process and provide regular updates.

  • During the design stage: Your personal sales engineer will send you reports on the product and mold designs, ensuring all discussed points are addressed.

 

  • Throughout mould manufacturing: Your personal sales and engineer will provide weekly updates on the mould’s progress. In case of any delays, they will promptly investigate and report to the relevant departments for urgent action.

 

  • During mold testing: Your personal sales and engineer will personally attend mould testing, recording videos, adjusting parameters, inspecting samples, and observing mold performance. They will serve as your direct point of contact during this crucial phase.

Warranty Service

Warranty Period:

Normally we have two ways to calculate warranty period, by time or by mould shots. Below two ways, normally we account with whichever come first. Of course, if you have special requirement on the mould warranty, we can discuss in advance.

  • calculate by time, from the date you receive our mould, within 1 year if you have any quality issue, we will take 100% responsibility to solve the problem.
  • calculate by mould shots, it depends on how we discussed during quotation, the steel you choose for your mould, 500K, 1M or even 5M shots.

The ways to do after-sales service:

 

  • Online support. We have all data of each mould, drawings, testing parameters, material information. Any questions during your production, you can ask your sales engineer, they will answer you promptly.

 

  • Free spare parts. Within warranty period, some quality issue comes, we will send mould spare parts free of charge to replace the damaged one.

 

  • Send engineer to support. If some problem cannot be solved by client, we also have after-sales engineer who can be sent to your factory to help you solve the problem.( Life-long service)

We have a powerful database. This database have been build for decades years. The moulds we made during these years, we all kept information of them. These data help us to learn and gather experience(Technology inheritance), at the same time, offer better after-sales service to our customers.
